Search & Screen

With access to over 3,000 vetted candidates in our database plus active community outreach, we start the search. Once we’ve narrowed the field, candidates go through a phone screen followed by a face-to-face interview with one of our executive recruiters.

We find the needle in the haystack. After screening and interviews, we compile a summary brief including competencies and an assessment of desired characteristics for the position. You make the final call with confidence.
