Strategic On Boarding
Our in-depth consultative approach dials in exactly on the what you need and why.
We’ll meet with the key decision-makers to outline a specific timeline and establish the needs of the organization as well as the requirements for the placement.
SEARCH & Screen
With access to over 3,000 vetted candidates in our database plus local community outreach, we start the search.
Once we’ve narrowed down the talent, a phone screen will be scheduled. Then we conduct a face-to-face
interview with one of our executive recruiters.
